Rainbow’s End: New Equipment at Center for Canine Sports!

Rainbow-piped 10-foot yellow dog agility tunnel

Our brand-new rainbow-piped 10-foot tunnel and hot pink tunnel cinches! Thanks to Meagan Johnson for telling us about the latter…which led to us also getting the former!! NOT SHOWN: Our equally brand-spanking-new Clip and Go A-frame, teeter, and dogwalk!!!

Handlers and dogs alike are thrilled with our vivid new rainbow-striped 10-foot tunnel and super-cushy new Clip and Go contacts: A-frame, dogwalk, and teeter. All of these essential items were well worth the lengthy wait! We got Clean Run’s covers for the contact obstacles as well, and you had best believe that we WILL be using them to protect our pricey equipment from the ravages of sunshine and rain alike.

At Center for Canine Sports, we believe that top-notch equipment is essential to the welfare of our dogs. In our classes and at our trials, we strive to provide the best possible agility experience for dogs and handlers alike. Things don’t have to be fancy, but they’ve got to be functional and in good order.

Don’t this colorful tunnel and its brightly hued accoutrements look festive on our natural grassy turf? It’s even better when seen in person — and the dogs are loving it. Come on out to CCS and let your dog join in the fun!

Betsie Bolger

Betsie Bolger and Coco took their first agility lessons at Center for Canine Sports in 2016, “just for fun”. When head trainer Lisa Jarvis invited the fledgling duo to enter a trial at CCS, Betsie discovered just how much fun competing in agility can be! She currently runs 4 dogs — all small rescues — and is starting to train a 5th. In 2024, Betsie was inducted into USDAA’s Hall of Fame as Volunteer of the Year. When not running agility, she is a writer and editor and also co-owns an eBay store with her husband, Jon.
