Time to Enter CCS Fall Trial 2025 — via USDAA’s Brand-New Online Electronic Entry Form!

It’s time to submit your entries for CCS Fall Trial 2025 on November 1-2…and now you can do so quickly and easily via USDAA’s brand-new online Electronic Entry Form! Center for Canine Sports is thrilled to be one of only 10 clubs in the USA to have been invited to use the initial version of USDAA’s new electronic entry process.
To access the new form, sign in at USDAA.com. In the upper right-hand corner of your Account Dashboard, click on the new blue button that says “Enter Event”. That will take you to the Event Calendar.
On the right, just above the list of events, you’ll see the words “Electronic Entry Form Available” above a Search text field. Type CCS Fall Trial into the search field (actually, just “CSS” will bring up Fall Trial 2025. Click to go to the event page.
From there, click the blue tab that says “Electronic Entry Form”. In the upper left-hand corner, toggle to select your dog. That dog’s info will appear at the top of the entry form, just underneath the event details, Tick the round checkbox to Select Program (Championship, Performance, Veterans, or Intro) and, to the right of that, toggle to choose your dog’s jump height.
Then scroll down and simply click on the names of the classes you wish to enter. Easy-peasy! The form even does the math for you, totaling up your entries and telling you the amount due.
At the bottom of the form, you can opt to “Reset Form”, “Save Form”, or “Preview/Continue”. Clicking “Preview/Continue” takes you to the Event Entry Review page. Read through the information there; if everything is correct, click the blue “Save Final” buttom at the bottom of the page. Next, scroll back up and click on the blue “Print this page” button.
Finally, mail your printed entry form to the Trial Secretary, Lisa Jarvis, along with your check, at the address shown on the printout.
To see your entries (and note the date that you mailed them), go back to your Account Dashboard. At the top, you’ll see a new section called “My Upcoming Events”. In the “Event Status” text field, type in the date you mailed your entries.
Actually filling out the form takes only a fraction of the time you just spent reading exactly how to do so. As for the trial secretary’s side of this terrific new addition to USDAA’s Event Management software, your entries are automatically input — no more manually filling in all your info once your entries arrive.
