Brooke Ortale
Wednesday: 7pm - Masters/Advanced Agility; 8pm - Starters/Advanced Agility
Brooke Ortale has a lifetime’s worth of experience with dog agility. She got started at just 10 years of age with her first agility dog, an Australian Shepherd, and grew up training and competing in Southern California, where she soon moved on to running Border Collies.
Over the past 23 years, Brooke has successfully competed nationwide in USDAA and UKI events. She and her dogs have won USDAA Regional Championships as well as being Finalists at USDAA’s Cynosport World Games (plus various UKI Opens) and earning numerous USDAA Top 10 placements. Brook currently runs two Border Collies: Tamataji’s Fin-S (Finesse) and Lazy J’s Entrusted Treasure (Trust).
Before moving to Texas at the end of 2024, Brooke taught agility in Southern California for six years. “I love to teach and watch the relationship between dog and owner grow,” she says. “There is nothing better than the way your dog looks at you. Unconditional love!”
